Admissions
If you would like to apply for a place at Calderstones 6th Form, then please complete the applicable online form below. All courses have access criteria that you will need to meet, all of which can be found on the respective course pages.
Students who wish to apply for a place in the 6th form will complete an online application and will automatically get an interview slot. Applicants from different schools will be invited for an interview once we receive your online application. References will also be taken from your current school, and a place will be offered based on your application, interview and reference.
