My experience of the staff at Calderstones has been outstanding. Every contact, conversation, phone call and email has been clear, supportive and child centred.

Kindness, understanding and professional at every stage of the process, I have felt I can always speak to a member of staff about my child and know that I will be listened too and that strategies will be put in place to support their needs.

This is a wonderful school. It goes without saying that they provide a very good education but the real strength of the school is in the pastoral care provided throughout all year groups.

The care and support provided by the Year 11 team, particularly the Head of Year,  and other support staff this year has really been phenomenal in difficult circumstances and uncertain territory. We really can’t thank them enough. 

The Calderstones teaching and support staff have been outstanding in offering me and my child extensive and much needed support during the pandemic, and their efforts have enabled us to get through a challenging year with hope for my child's future. Support has been timely, accessible and tailored to my child's specific needs. 

Our experience at Calderstones has been a positive one. I have seen my daughter grow and develop throughout her time at the school, supported by staff who are clearly passionate about what they do. When worries or concerns have arisen, we have been efficiently directed to staff who have always been able to help.
